Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and achieve campaign objectives.Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.Drive performance through SEM, SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.Optimize campaign content, landing pages, websites, social media advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation initiatives.Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics platforms, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and reporting tools such as Power BI.Collaborate with Corporate and Programme Marketing teams to achieve lead generation and business growth targets.Manage, evaluate, and optimize the company's GenAI marketing tools and digital solutions.Refine marketing strategies and media plans based on campaign insights and performance data.Work closely with agency partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery.Conduct competitor analysis and monitor key digital marketing performance metrics.Support marketing events, exhibitions, and conferences as required.Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and utilization.Track marketing expenditures against approved budgets and campaign objectives.Optimize budget spending to maximize campaign ROI and achieve business targets.Lead, mentor, and manage Digital Marketing Executives and Senior Executives in the execution of daily marketing activities.Oversee campaign performance monitoring, reporting, and continuous optimization.Ensure all digital marketing campaigns are delivered on schedule and aligned with the organization's overall digital marketing strategy.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related discipline.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.Strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and paid social media advertising (e.g., Meta Ads).Highly analytical with strong numerical and data interpretation skills.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Hands-on experience in digital marketing, CRM, media planning and buying, and project management.Solid understanding of digital platform optimization, campaign analytics, and performance measurement tools.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.Proficient in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.Experience managing external agencies and vendors, with a strong focus on delivering results within budget and project timelines.Willing to work under tight deadlines and provide support during occasional weekend marketing events when required.We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
