You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on building tools and processes that enhance business quality and operational efficiency across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize frontend interfaces for internal company systems and applicationsBuild and enhance applications on the company's low-code platform to streamline business processesDrive efficiency engineering platform development through innovative tools and process improvementsCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and optimal development velocityLead frontend architecture transformation initiatives to improve system stability and scalabilityOptimize user experience across internal platforms through continuous performance enhancementsImplement robust coding standards and maintain high-quality interface designsEnsure cross-browser compatibility and resolve technical challenges proactivelyRequirements3+ years of frontend development experience with strong JavaScript expertiseAdvanced knowledge of React framework including its underlying mechanisms, plus experience with Git, Node.js, and WebpackSolid understanding of frontend modularization, engineering practices, and performance optimization techniquesExperience with internal system development including workflow, HR, payroll, or analytics platforms (is a bonus)Low-code platform usage and development experience (is a bonus)Cross-language development capabilities (is a bonus)If it sounds like your next move, please don’t hesitate to apply.
