SENIOR SYSTEM ANALYST

Responsibilities: Gather and analyze requirements from Finance, Sales, Operations, HR and Warehouse to identify areas for improvement, automation and system integration Design system specifications, workflows and data structures to support business needs. Develop dashboards, reports and business intelligence tools for performance monitoringCollaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement ERP, CRM, POS, HRM and API integrations, ensuring smooth deployment and operational efficiencyConduct deep-dive data analysis to provide insights on sales, finance, customer behavior, and inventory. Standardize data definitions and ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all systems Work with finance teams to ensure business units operate within approved budget, manage cost centers, and maintain inventory thresholds based on data-driven decisionsEvaluate existing workflows and recommend process improvementsSupport digital application delivery and end-to-end software development in enterprise systemsProvide training, post-implementation support, and continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in project management, user experience research, and stakeholder engagement to ensure system solutions meet business objectives  Review system designs and technical specifications to ensure all requirements are captured to meet system objectivesReview postproduction issues and identify root cause and work with vendors on preventive measures Plan, execute and support system implementation, software/hardware upgrades and security patches Manage the verification of software patches and upgrades for applicationsMeasure, monitor and continuously improve performances of IT servicesRequirement:Master Degree in Computer Applications Experience in top level management equivalent to CEO / DirectorKnowledge of ERP, CRM, HRM and other enterprise softwareProficiency in system design, data analysis, and business intelligence toolsEffective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teamsAbility to translate business requirements into technical specifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
