💼 ResponsibilitiesManage SME clients and guide them in their digital transformation journeyConduct training workshops (AI, WhatsApp Automation, Omnichannel Marketing)Deliver hands-on coaching using tools like:ChatGPT,WhatsApp Business, and internal platforms Perform product demos and onboarding sessionsDesign marketing workflows (Lead Gen → Automation → Conversion)Support clients in campaign execution and optimisationCo-develop training materials, slides, and case studiesBuild strong client relationships and ensure retention✅ RequirementsDiploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldExperience in training, consulting, or account management preferredStrong knowledge in:AI tools (ChatGPT, automation workflows), Social media marketing (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram), WhatsApp marketing / CRM systemsConfident speaker with workshop facilitation experienceStrong problem-solving and strategic thinking skillsPassion for helping SMEs growBilingual (English + Mandarin) preferred
