Data Analyst

Role :Data Analyst  Description - This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting, data to support decision-making and provide insights to the organization. It also supports Tech Marketing Engineer to make data-driven decisions, optimize processes, and achieve their strategic objectives. The role applies statistical and analytical methods to exploredata, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and extract actionable insights.  Requirement: In accordance with plan, performs/executes data collection and analysis procedures and data insight visualizations for assigned projects. Collects, records, and analyzes data using established protocols and processes; communicates findings to TME for review and feedback. Generate actionable insights through holistic and detailed analysis of such as Star Rating and NPS, calls and returns, to drive improvements and customer satisfaction. Utilizes advanced analytical techniques to extract, clean, and analyze complex data sets from various sources. Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. ~ 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.   Technical skillsProgramming and querying: SQL, Python, R, or SAS Business intelligence: Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools Data processing: ETL, data integration, data cleansing, and data validation Data management: Data modeling, data warehousing, database management, and data governance Analytics: Descriptive and inferential statistics, trend analysis, segmentation, forecasting, and anomaly detection Reporting: KPI development, dashboard design, and executive-level reportingWhen you apply, you voluntarily consent to the disclosure, collection and use of your personal data for employment/recruitment and related purposes in accordance with the Tech Aalto Privacy Policy, a copy of which is published at Tech Aalto’s website (https://www.techaalto.com/privacy/)Confidentiality is assured, and only shortlisted candidates will benotified for interviews.
