About the Role We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead global hiring for our Legal & Compliance organization. As the dedicated Talent Acquisition Expert, you will partner closely with Legal and Compliance leaders to drive hiring strategy, executive search, and workforce planning across global markets. You will own end-to-end hiring for one of the company's most critical functions, helping build high-performing teams across Legal, Compliance, AML, Regulatory, Risk, and Governance. Beyond delivering hires, you will provide market intelligence, influence hiring decisions, and build long-term talent pipelines for highly specialized roles.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Talent Partnership
Own the global hiring strategy for the Legal & Compliance function.
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational growth, and hiring priorities.
Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights and strategic hiring recommendations.
End-to-End Talent Acquisition
Lead full-cycle recruitment across Legal, Compliance, AML, Financial Crime, Regulatory, Licensing, Risk, Audit, Governance, and leadership roles.
Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for niche and executive-level positions.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Market Intelligence & Delivery
Provide insights on talent markets, compensation, competitor hiring, and regulatory talent trends.
Conduct talent mapping to support hiring strategy and succession planning.
Deliver hiring outcomes aligned with business priorities, recruitment SLAs, and quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
6+ years of Talent Acquisition or executive search experience.
Proven experience hiring Legal, Compliance, AML, Regulatory, Risk, Audit, or Governance professionals.
Experience within cryptocurrency, fintech, banking, financial services, consulting, or technology industries is highly preferred.
Strong capability in executive search, sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Able to manage multiple global searches across different regions and time zones.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
