Associate Project Manager

From this opportunity, the individual will gain exposure to complex, large-scale digital and technology projects, deepen their expertise in Agile delivery, and build strong stakeholder management skills within a dynamic financial services environment.Position Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment of tasks, timelines, and deliverables across business and technology teamsTrack project milestones, dependencies, and action items, proactively following up to ensure timely completionMaintain project artefacts including plans, RAID logs, and status reports to support delivery governanceSupport Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure accurate tracking in tools such as JiraConsolidate project updates and prepare regular status reporting, highlighting risks, issues, and delaysFacilitate stakeholder meetings, document minutes, and drive closure of action items across teams and vendorsCoordinate resources, onboarding, and communication across cross-functional and distributed teamsRequired Qualifications:3–6 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management roles, preferably in financial services or insuranceStrong hands-on experience in project tracking, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communicationWorking knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and ConfluenceStrong organisational, communication, and follow-through skills with attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:PMP and/or Agile Certifications preferredExperience supporting projects involving digital platforms, customer journeys, or system integrations in financial services or insuranceExposure to regional or multi-market delivery environments with cross-functional and distributed teamsBasic familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., cloud, automation, GenAI) and their application in improving delivery efficiencyWhen you join our team:We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
