Position: Customer Quality Engineer (Job ID: 20263)PioneerBasic + AWS + VBJob Description:A Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) is responsible for managing product quality from the customer’s perspective, acting as the primary technical interface between the customer and internal teams to ensure customer quality requirements are met, issues are resolved quickly, and long-term quality improvements are implemented.The CQE focuses on customer complaints, quality incidents, audits, and continuous improvement, translating customer expectations into actionable internal quality and engineering activities.JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Customer Quality Interface• Serve as the main point of contact for customer quality issues• Communicate investigation status, root cause, and corrective actions clearly to customers• Support customer meetings, reviews, and audits related to quality topics2. Customer Complaint & Claim Handling• Lead customer complaints, RTV, and quality claims• Drive structured problem-solving activities• Ensure timely containment, corrective, and preventive actions3. Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action• Perform and coordinate root cause analysis across manufacturing, process, and engineering teams• Validate effectiveness of corrective actions• Prevent recurrence through system or process improvement4. Quality Monitoring & ReportingMonitor customer quality KPIs such as:• Customer complaints• Yield impact• Defect trends• Claim frequency• Prepare regular quality reports and dashboards for customers and management5. Cross-Functional Coordination• Work closely with:o Manufacturingo Process Engineeringo QA / IPQAo Supply Chain• Drive alignment between customer expectations and internal execution6. Audit & Compliance Support• Support customer audits and quality system reviews• Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and standards• Follow up on audit findings and closure actionsJob Requirements:Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management or equivalent2 years experience above in a QA role, Data Analyst or similar function is preferredCandidates with no experience are welcome to applySkills (Good to have):Quality tool:8D, FMEA, SPC, RCAData analysis and trend monitoringUnderstanding of yield and process variationStrong communication skillAbility to manage urgent issue under time pressureWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
