This role will also collaborate across functions, translate complex data into clear recommendations and support the organization’s growth and compliance objectives.What You’ll DoLead the design and execution of complex reports, identifying trends and translating insights into recommendationsPerform advanced analysis, data mining, and modeling to support business decisionsManage and enhance data management systems, while ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standardsCoordinate and execute regression and critical function testing in multiple trade systems for new functionality and releaseMonitor, troubleshoot and address system-related operational issues encountered by schedulers, escalating issues as appropriateCollaborate with the Commercial Front Office and global Business Stakeholders to understand operational requirements and future Deals-to-Dollars operational needsDesign and configure system solutions that support business operations by translating business requirements into effective system solutionsServe as a cross-functional technical subject matter expert, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and cross-functional focus across Commercial Business Services (CBS), Commercial support groups, and other partnersDrive global best practices and continuous improvement, by leading the design, development, and implementation of work processes and projects, particularly during global initiative rolloutsLead cross-functional projects, and ensure timely completion of deliverables across multiple teams and alignment with business objectivesCollaborate and jointly design solutions with IT to remedy issues and implement enhancementsDevelop and deliver system and process trainingProactively share knowledge, including end-to-end “Deals-to-Dollars” knowledge across diverse functional groups to promote transparency, collaboration, and process efficiencyParticipate in and execute responsibilities as a member of the Commercial Business Continuity Plan (BCP) teamWhat You’ll Bring – RequiredMinimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or trade support roles with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10 years of equivalent experience in a similar role in lieu of a degreeAdvanced skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretationProficiency with SAP and ETRM systemsStrong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to manage complexity, ensure accountability, and optimize work processesWhat Makes You Stand OutBachelor of Business, IT or any related fieldExperience coordinating or mentoring others in a data-driven environmentProven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business outcomesFamiliarity with compliance standards and operational risk managementStrategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and shape reporting strategiesCommitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry best practicesAbility to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays, as neededWe regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Phillips 66 International Trading Pte Ltd adopts the Tripartite Standards and is committed to be a fair and progressive employer.
