About the Company GoNetZero™ is the carbon management business of Sembcorp Industries, providing market-based decarbonisation solutions including advising on, sourcing, and supplying of energy attribute certificates, carbon credits and renewable energy power purchase agreements to commercial and industrial clients across the world. Role Overview We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, agents, and automation solutions across GoNetZero. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and business transformation, developing production-ready solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and create measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Build AI-powered applications, copilots, and autonomous agents. Develop multi-agent systems and agent orchestration workflows. Design and implement RAG solutions and knowledge-based AI applications. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and business platforms. Deploy and manage AI solutions on Azure. Prototype and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks. Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions. Ensure reliability, security, governance, and performance of AI systems. Required Strong programming skills in Python. Experience building APIs, backend services, and cloud-based applications. Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms. Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience with: Azure OpenAI / OpenAI Microsoft Copilot Studio LangChain, LangGraph Agent Development Kit (ADK) Semantic Kernel Vector Databases RAG Architectures Agent Orchestration Frameworks Multi-Agent Systems Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
