Power Platform | Python | GenAI Location: SingaporeEmployment Type: ContractAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Power Platform to drive digital transformation initiatives across regional operations. In this role, you will identify opportunities to streamline business processes, develop automation solutions, and leverage AI technologies to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, IT, and business teams, you will design and implement scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Python, Power BI, and emerging AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and GenAI.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, assess, and implement automation and AI use cases to improve operational efficiency and eliminate manual processes.Design and develop automation solutions using Power Automate, Python, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business insights and decision-making.Build and optimize data extraction, transformation, validation, and consolidation processes from multiple data sources.Improve reporting accuracy through robust data quality, governance, and validation practices.Collaborate with regional business, operations, and IT stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable digital solutions.Evaluate and implement AI and GenAI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, chatbots, prompt engineering, and intelligent workflow automation.Support AI adoption by conducting user enablement sessions, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement.Identify new automation opportunities and recommend innovative digital solutions to enhance productivity.Develop and maintain technical documentation, process guides, and knowledge transfer materials to ensure solution sustainability and maintainability.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.3–7+ years of experience in automation, digital transformation, business process improvement, or data analytics.Strong hands-on experience with:Microsoft Power AutomatePower BIPython scriptingAdvanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, VBA, complex formulas, data modelling)Experience working with data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reporting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Experience collaborating with business stakeholders across multiple functions.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse).Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, or other GenAI platforms.Experience building AI-powered chatbots or workflow automation solutions.Familiarity with SQL, APIs, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 ecosystem.Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure is advantageous.Experience supporting supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or enterprise business functions is preferred.Preferred CompetenciesStrong business acumen with the ability to understand operational challenges and recommend practical digital solutions.Self-driven and proactive in identifying automation opportunities.Comfortable working independently while collaborating across global and regional teams.Continuous learner with an interest in emerging AI and automation technologies.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.What You'll BringA passion for automation, digital innovation, and solving business problems through technology.The ability to balance technical implementation with business outcomes.A consultative mindset, helping stakeholders rethink manual processes and adopt smarter ways of working.A collaborative approach with a focus on delivering measurable operational improvements.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving AI adoption and digital transformation within a global operations environment.
