This role is ideal for individuals interested in e-commerce, digital marketing, AI tools, and online business operations.The successful candidate will assist in managing online stores, creating digital marketing content, supporting sales campaigns, and leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce OperationsManage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms and company websites.Monitor product pricing, inventory levels, and online promotions.Ensure product descriptions, images, and content are accurate and up-to-date.Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.Digital Sales & MarketingSupport the execution of online sales campaigns and promotional activities.Assist in managing social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives.Create engaging content for social media, websites, and online marketplaces.Monitor customer enquiries and support online customer engagement.AI & Technology AdoptionUtilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and other digital platforms to improve work efficiency.Support the creation of marketing content, product descriptions, and campaign materials using AI solutions.Explore new AI and automation tools that can enhance sales and operational processes.Assist in implementing digital solutions to improve customer experience.Sales Performance & ReportingTrack sales performance and prepare regular reports.Analyze customer behavior and online sales trends.Provide recommendations to improve sales performance and customer engagement.Support the implementation of strategies to increase online revenue.Administrative SupportMaintain sales records and documentation.Assist with coordination of marketing activities and campaigns.Support day-to-day e-commerce and business operations.RequirementsEducationDiploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Technology, Communications, or related disciplines. Skills & CompetenciesInterest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online sales.Basic understanding of social media and online marketing platforms.Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or similar applications is advantageous.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is an advantage.Basic knowledge of Canva, content creation, or digital marketing tools.Experience in customer service, sales, or retail will be beneficial.Experience in organising marketing events, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, or customer engagement activities will be an advantage.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accuracy and timeliness of product listings.Growth in online sales and customer engagement.Successful execution of marketing campaigns.Adoption and implementation of AI tools and digital solutions.Quality and timeliness of reporting and operational support.
