AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate possesses strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with machine learning and Generative AI technologies, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI applications.This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems, optimize AI models, integrate AI capabilities into existing products, and drive innovation through emerging technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.Build and maintain machine learning pipelines, data processing workflows, and model deployment frameworks.Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and prompt engineering techniques.Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models for accuracy, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.Integrate AI services with cloud platforms and enterprise systems using APIs and microservices architecture.Monitor AI model performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement continuous improvements.Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, privacy, and responsible AI standards.Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business outcomes.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.3-8 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, data science, or AI development.Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with Java, JavaScript, or C#.Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as: TensorFlowPyTorchScikit-learnLangChain / LlamaIndexExperience with Generative AI and LLM technologies including: OpenAIAzure OpenAIClaudeGeminiOpen-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, etc.)Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG architecture, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, APIs, microservices, and system design
